Diagnostic Session
The Diagnostic Session is the starting point of our journey together. With my full attention focused on you, we will explore the different aspects of your life, past and present experiences, aspirations and challenges.
During the session, we will:
Understand your History, explore your objectives, identify your challenges, and then evaluate the best way to address your issue.
Remember, you are the main part of this process. My polite and gentle approach seeks to create a safe environment where you can explore your emotions, thoughts, and aspirations without judgment.
By the end of the session, you will have clarity on your current state, an inspiring vision for the future, and a concrete plan to achieve your goals.
This session occurs online via the Zoom platform and lasts 40 minutes to 1 hour.

Systemic Consulting
Systems consulting is an approach that considers individuals as part of larger systems, such as family, work and community. We consider that individual problems are influenced by these systems.
During the session we explore family narratives, beliefs, behaviors that are generating blocks and negative repetition patterns considering your family of origin so that, with movements, you can break through and generate positive changes that you seek and need. After all, we can only change what we are aware of.
During the session we make the necessary movements to promote these changes.

Family Constellation: Individual or Group
Family Constellation is a therapeutic approach that explores family dynamics to resolve personal and relational problems. During a session, you observe familiar patterns and gain deep insights into unresolved issues. It is considered a brief therapy despite being profound, as you do not need to do several sessions to understand certain patterns and even break them, but it is profound as it reveals what is happening deep within your unconscious, in your mud. We do not look at you as an isolated being. It is a technique that considers your family at the root of the issues. We were not born in isolation, we came into a story already being told and we are both impacted by these stories and also impact the next generations. By expanding awareness, including issues that were excluded from our family system, we bring light, a repeating pattern that can then be interrupted.
This field of information is called a morphic field, as a collective unconscious, but from our family, we can access through representatives, be the people (group constellation) or by objects which we call anchors (dolls, crystals, objects, anything). Whoever accesses the information is the facilitator who studied for it, in this case, the constellator. According to the book, It did not start with You by Mark Wollyn, not yet translated into Portuguese, he writes,; Through several recent studies in the fields of cellular biology, neuroscience, epigenetics, psychological development, we consider up to three generations in family history to be able to understand the mechanism behind repeated trauma and suffering; Other books on transgenerational trauma studies also show hundreds of reports and studies of trauma that are passed down from generation to generation and for those questions, yes, the constellation is an excellent tool to bring light to the shadows and allow the person to then, live your life story and no longer someone else script.
